The St Andrew's College Old Collegians' Association has two principal aims:

2. To help with the growth and development of the College.

The Association seeks to do this by:

> Communicating to members through College newsletters and magazines.
> Organising functions including the Annual Dinner and recent leavers' parties.
> Organising sporting events including golf, tennis and bowls tournaments.
> Organising and participating in Founders' Day activities.
> Organising meetings at home and around the world, including London, Sydney, Wellington and Auckland.
> Providing study scholarships in the form of fees assistance to sons and daughters of Old Collegians.
> Providing study awards for the Henry Dowling and GAM Hilson Scholarships.
> Travel assistance to students for sports and cultural trips.
